  • For a fintech startup on an aggressive timeline, I led UX and UI design for 'Credit Card' and 'Financial Insights' products, taking them from zero to a successful launch in less than a year.

  • I led a UX design tiger team on a compressed timeline, overhauling a stalled fintech concept, leading UX from redesign to handoff.

The concept I designed is still in use to this day, as Deloitte ConvergeProsperity BankingSuite.

  • I led a silo-busting research project for lululemon. I conducted original and secondary research, and synthesized our findings into fresh design concepts to inspire the future of omni-channel checkout experiences.

  • REVKIT brought me on during a time of significant transition; it was already a successful social network app for offroaders, but it needed to be redesigned to accommodate a robust automotive parts marketplace. Working directly with the co-founders, I led UX through an IA overhaul of the app, identified opportunities, designed new pages and redesigned existing pages.

    🛻 Case Study coming soon

  • I was the primary UX/UI designer on this project, reporting directly to both the CDO and CTO.

I was initially hired to design a dashboard for a parking management app, which I did. However, I quickly discovered that the dashboard did not have a home in the existing navigational system.

Instead of trying to shoehorn in the dashboard, I advocated for a larger role, redesigning interfaces and nav structures to unify all four apps in one place. I also designed a new tenant management interface and data viz graphics, culminating in the building and testing of a hi-fi prototype. We stopped design work at this point simply because we were too far ahead of the dev team.

  • Countless hours were needlessly wasted on production line delays. The company utilized optimization software to recover from delays, but the process was inefficient and under-digitized. This resulted in higher costs, lost market opportunity, and lower employee satisfaction.

To digitize the process, I designed a tool to request, manage and track change requests to the production line flow. This solution was built, and went through a rigorous approval process, and was accepted into the official directory, with plans to expand adoption.
